4.1 Ticket Purchases
Astitva — The Art Quake is a ticketed event. Tickets are sold through an authorised ticketing partner. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in addition to the terms of the ticketing platform.
4.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the event date: 100% refund
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the event date: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 14 days of the event date: No refund
- No-show on the day of the event: No refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@astitvaartquake.in with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
4.3 Event Rescheduling
If Astitva — The Art Quake is rescheduled to a different date, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
4.4 Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Astitva — The Art Quake is cancelled entirely by the organisers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund within 30 working days. Samabhavana will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation costs.
4.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for cancellation or postponement of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, civil unrest, or acts of God. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event and will communicate refund options accordingly.
4.6 Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another person at no additional charge. To transfer a ticket, contact us at info@astitvaartquake.in with the original ticket holder’s details and the new attendee’s name and contact information.
4.7 Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
